Overview

Rocket Lawyer is seeking a quality advocate to enhance customer experiences through AI in LegalTech.

In Short

• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews.
• Lead test planning and improve testability and usability.
• Design test scripts and user journeys for developers.
• Create tools for developers to test their own code.
• Review code for test coverage improvements.
• Coordinate exploratory testing and bug bashes.
• Establish production monitoring for products.
• Support quality assessments with documented results.
• Communicate with stakeholders during releases.
• Investigate production issues and ensure preventive tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a test engineer in an agile environment.
• 1+ years of programming experience preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML testing is a bonus.
• Understanding of web and RESTful applications.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification.
• Experience with test tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
• Hands-on API testing experience with tools like Postman.
• Experience with CI tools and bug tracking tools.
