In Short

• You will shape the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to long-term retention, with a special focus on modern and efficient HR administration.
• You will be responsible for optimizing the recruiting process and system landscape to meet the demand for the best talents in the company.
• You will ensure a smooth operation of HR tasks, e.g., preparing payroll for service technicians and employees on-site.
• In close collaboration with the managing director, you will support managers in implementing and adhering to all legal, collective, and operational regulations as well as HR measures.
• You will work with the works council to foster open and constructive communication that strengthens collaboration.
• Through continuous development and optimization of HR systems, you will contribute to process efficiency and actively shape these.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree (or a comparable qualification), ideally with a focus on HR, or a commercial training with further education as a personnel specialist.
• You bring many years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector.
• You are familiar with collaborating with various committees, such as the works council.
• You possess excellent communication skills in German and English and can successfully accompany corporate change processes. Your empathetic and persuasive approach distinguishes you.
• Importantly, you enjoy actively shaping processes and structures and successfully implementing them in the long term.
