Overview

The Talent Manager for Finance & Accounting will work in a team environment, responsible for negotiating and developing business with clients while recruiting and managing finance professionals.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 1+ years of finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Business Development experience.
• Experience marketing to decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance operations.
• Positive attitude and engaging approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships.
