Overview

The Talent Manager (Finance & Accounting) is responsible for developing business with clients in the finance and accounting sectors, recruiting qualified candidates, and managing ongoing client engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 1+ years of finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development.
• Experience in multi-call, multi-decision maker environments.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance department operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Positive attitude and engaging businesslike approach.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Experience in marketing to decision makers.
• Strong communication skills.
