The Recruiting Manager will focus on developing client relationships and recruiting finance and accounting professionals for full-time positions, ensuring excellent customer service and communication with candidates.

Requirements

• Business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting or recruiting.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Ability to leverage finance experience to manage business.
