Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for employees in Cyprus while supporting HR operations and global mobility processes in a global FinTech company.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with external providers.
• Validate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Perform payroll calculations and post-payroll checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with global mobility tasks and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Provide support for audits and payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience in a multinational company.
• Solid understanding of Cyprus labor law and tax regulations.
• Experience with HR administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Exposure to global mobility administration is a plus.
