Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Poland, expanding into European markets. With a strong focus on financial efficiency and strategic decision-making, they are looking for a Financial Analyst to support business growth, optimize financial operations, and provide data-driven insights.

• Analyze financial statements and business performance to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• B2 English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
