In Short

• Establish strong business partnerships with other functions throughout the organization.
• Support the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and weekly forecast processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth/cost efficiency and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Analyze and track SaaS-specific financial metrics (ARR, Churn, CAC, etc.) financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide ongoing financial reporting to business partners and help them connect resourcing to business outcomes.
• Develop, implement, maintain effective financial models and reports to support financial planning and analysis including revenues, expenses, headcount, and other related areas as needed.
• Build robust financial models to evaluate strategic priorities, return on investment (ROI), and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or private equity.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and key financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to pull/manipulate data.
• SQL and Power BI skills a plus but not required.
