Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and strategic finance initiatives across India and international markets.

In Short

• Participate in two 6-month structured assignments over one year.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Support internal and statutory audits for compliance.
• Assist in computation and filing of direct and indirect taxes.
• Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Handle financial operations for international subsidiaries.
• Contribute to process automation and operational efficiency.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Work under supervision of business finance leader.
• MBA Finance graduates with engineering background preferred.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of R, R Studio, Python, Java is a plus.
• Exposure to digital technologies like Machine Learning, Gen AI is desirable.
