We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in San Bernardino, United States. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes within our organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and analyze financial data
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual and projected results
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of financial markets and economic trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
