Overview

Sentara Health is hiring a Financial Analyst for the Laboratory Finance Department. This is a Full-time, 40 hours per week Day shift position.

In Short

• Full-time position in the Laboratory Finance Department.
• Work shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Hybrid work model.
• Assist in data mining and analysis from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain reports for business operations.
• Support financial modeling and data validation.
• Involved in financial reporting and special projects.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred.
• 3 years of Financial Analyst experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Health Service Administration.
• MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• CPA preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
