Overview

The Financial Analyst is a key member in the Asia Pacific Controllership Operations Global shared service center (GSSC) at Visa. This role involves ensuring business processes across APAC are compliant and effective while collaborating with various teams to maintain robust controls.

• Support Asia Pacific Business Units with commercial advice and compliance.
• Implement and improve controls and processes in line with Visa policies.
• Develop remediation plans for identified issues.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in business operations or compliance.
• Strong audit and risk management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; higher qualifications preferred.
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience with business improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse, international environment.
• Detail-oriented and responsible team player.
• Superior business English skills, both oral and written.
