The Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial management of properties, ensuring compliance with management agreements and financial policies while fostering relationships with clients and tenants.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi software
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results
