Overview

RLF is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in advancing the firm’s brand and market presence.

In Short

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to assess compliance and requirements.
• Support Capture Managers in proposal planning and coordination.
• Develop customized content and manage external communications.
• Ensure proposals align with client requirements and win themes.
• Oversee quality control of proposals and marketing deliverables.
• Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
• Support public relations and social media efforts.
• Manage promotional items and conference giveaways.
• Participate in community functions and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, or Business.
• Three years of experience in producing SF330 federal proposals.
• Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Familiarity with the AEC industry.
• Graphic design skills, proficient in InDesign.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and a strategic mindset.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships.
