Overview

The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for strategic partnership, project management, and creative oversight for property marketing projects.

In Short

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the Brokerage Team / Leasing Team.
• Collect critical project details from the Brokerage Team.
• Establish and communicate project schedules.
• Develop project strategies with the marketing team.
• Manage project workflow and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project databases and tracking tools.
• Provide campaign reporting metrics and recommend improvements.
• Work collaboratively with copywriters and graphic designers.
• Ensure feedback is incorporated into marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4+ years of experience in real estate or commercial construction marketing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated but works well in a group environment.
• Proven ability to work with diverse audiences and personalities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Minimal supervision required to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience in project management.
