Together with a great team, you will independently realize exciting wind farm projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, and Thuringia.

In Short

• Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of onshore wind energy projects in Germany from approval to commissioning.
• Organize, manage, and oversee the construction execution of our wind energy projects.
• Control interdisciplinary tasks, deadlines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholders.
• Conduct tenders and lead discussions with service providers.
• Coordinate and manage the involved trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct construction meetings, document construction progress, and keep an overview of all project phases.
• Develop solutions for project deviations and be responsible for change management.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a natural or engineering science field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, geography, or landscape planning, or comparable qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience and methodological competence in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written (minimum C1).
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
