• Calculation of complex construction projects in civil and structural engineering – from bid to contract calculation.
• Collaboration in planning and optimizing construction processes.

• Participation in bid negotiations and presentations.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Bachelor or Master).
• Several years of professional experience in cost estimation, preferably in civil or structural engineering.
• Proficient in common estimation software and good knowledge of technical regulations (VOB, HOAI).
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, independent working style.
