Junior Construction Estimator - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a Junior Construction Estimator to support the estimation process and project documentation using BuilderTrend. This role will assist in creating accurate construction estimates, material takeoffs, and maintaining organized project documentation.

In Short

• Master BuilderTrend software for project management
• Input and maintain estimation data in BuilderTrend
• Generate reports and documentation through BuilderTrend
• Assist with construction estimates and takeoffs
• Review and organize project specifications
• Support bid preparation processes
• Manage project documentation in BuilderTrend
• Perform quantity takeoffs for construction projects
• Calculate material requirements
• Document specifications and quantities

Requirements

• BuilderTrend proficiency or willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of construction estimating principles
• Familiarity with construction materials and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Experience with digital documentation and organization
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
