In Short

• Review project plans and specifications to determine project scope and objectives.
• Conduct site visits to collect data on materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using various methods.
• Analyze and compare contractor bids and select the best offer.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and clients.
• Monitor and update project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies during the project.
• Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Requirements
