Overview

The Analyst, Leasing Insights & Analytics at Empire State Realty Trust will track and analyze commercial leasing data, ensuring data accuracy for reported leasing statistics and assisting the leasing team in achieving leasing goals.

• Track and analyze commercial leasing data.
• Ensure data accuracy for leasing statistics.

• Maintain updated reports for assigned properties.
• Collaborate with application development on Power BI dashboards.
• Create quarterly presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in commercial leasing and/or analytics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
