• Total responsibility for large projects in civil engineering - from planning to handover
• Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams, e.g., in work preparation, scheduling, construction logistics, procurement, and construction supervision
• Professional handling of technical challenges in civil, structural, and engineering construction
• Confident communication with clients, authorities, partners, and internal interfaces
• Optimization of project processes, early risk and opportunity analysis
• Leadership and development of your team - with commitment, structure, and empathy

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering (Diploma or Master's)
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally related to large projects in structural and/or civil engineering
• Proficiency with scheduling software and solid knowledge in contract and procurement law (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and enjoyment of team-oriented leadership
