Overview

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards.

In Short

  • Provide technical review and advice on engineering designs.
  • Act as Client Representative for civil engineering matters.
  • Support and monitor design and construction progress.
  • Identify potential design and construction issues early.
  • Oversee compliance with local building regulations.
  • Review and approve project documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and quality control protocols.
  • Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering design and construction.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively.
