In Short

• Manage interdisciplinary tasks, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the approval planning and preparation of permit applications according to BImSchG.
• Support in approval and legal proceedings.
• Represent the applicant at authorities and discussion meetings.
• Responsible for construction preparation and handover to the contractor.
• Assist in negotiating usage contracts, urban planning contracts, and other land securing measures.
• Create conditions and promote a project culture for successful collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a natural or engineering science field, such as urban and landscape planning, geoecology, civil engineering, geography, or comparable qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience and methodological competence in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written (minimum C1).
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
