In Short

• Planning and coordination of development projects in international project teams
• Assembling the project team, planning and conducting regular team meetings, and creating schedules and meeting minutes
• Monitoring cost plans and developing and implementing measures in case of deviations
• Contributing to the creation of calculations based on prototypes and CAD data, as well as the business plan (Business Case)
• Monitoring work progress using the APQP model, documenting progress according to the respective work phases, and completing work phases
• Creating and maintaining folder structures and documenting development activities, technical specifications, commercial requirements, and all other documents
• Collaboration with other departments and production sites, as well as supporting the market launch of products

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree, specializing in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management
• General knowledge in heating/valve technology and product life cycles & value chains
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JDE) and proficient use of MS Office programs
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical, conceptual thinking, high degree of solution orientation, structured, organized, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious work, as well as high independence, teamwork, and resilience
