Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead or Senior QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce CPQ to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and reliability of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems within the broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

• Salesforce certifications and familiarity with CI/CD and API testing are a plus.
• Drive test automation initiatives to improve coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

• Skilled in testing pricing models and contract workflows.
• Able to validate pricing rules and discount structures.
• Identify and log defects with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with developers for defect resolution and retesting.
• Support release cycles and QA metrics reporting.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Contribute to test documentation and team knowledge sharing.
• Salesforce CPQ certifications preferred.
• Experience in product-based companies or configurable systems.
