ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

RIVA is seeking a ServiceNow developer to develop highly complex, mission-critical scoped applications. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of a development team working alongside other ServiceNow Developers, Administrators and Architects.

In Short

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules.
• Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs.
• Support in the development of use cases and testing procedures.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to accomplish project tasks.
• Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow Platform Guidance.
• Participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies.
• Communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and stakeholders.
• Work in dynamic fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 3 years software development experience with 2+ years in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Experience with ITSM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, HRSD and scoped SN Applications.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks.
• Independent self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
