Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a strategic technical advisor and executional lead for Rithum’s enterprise and strategic clients. Building on deep technical acumen and client-facing experience, you will guide integration planning, lead optimization initiatives, and provide ongoing oversight of platform performance.

In Short

  • Serve as a consistent weekly touchpoint for the client.
  • Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies.
  • Drive tactical execution strategies across the Rithum platform.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
  • Own the resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Bridge communication between client and internal teams.
  • Support technical roadmap planning and feature adoption.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering.
  • Proven experience with complex enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and data mapping.
  • Ability to manage technical projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
