Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers in the cybersecurity domain, ensuring their success and security.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and provide product training.
  • Act as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues for customers.
  • Lead cross-functional groups for escalated cases.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and security infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Preferred: CISSP or ITIL Certification.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
  • Experience with Python Scripting and RestAPI.
