In Short

Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and standards.
Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives.
Provide regular reports on QA activities to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry best practices and implement improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance.
Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
