Overview

The Junior Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for consulting clients, providing quality support, and resolving customer inquiries in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Study necessary materials for effective task execution.
  • Consult clients via voice channel (warm leads, no cold sales).
  • Provide quality support and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Handle objections and resolve conflict situations.
  • Forward complex inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Document and process requests according to company standards.

Requirements

  • Language: Ukrainian - native.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, customer-oriented.
  • Ability to quickly grasp information and convey it to clients.
  • Proficient computer user.
  • Basic level of mathematical knowledge (calculating proportions, percentages).
  • English: from A2 level (a plus).
  • Ability to work from a personal laptop for the first 2 weeks during training.
