Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Strategist to join our Value-Based Platform (VBP) Product Management team at Risant Health. This role involves defining, executing, and refining the VBP product portfolio to enhance patient care and improve outcomes.

• Conduct market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities in value-based care.
• Analyze user behaviors to guide solution development.
• Define and evolve a compelling product vision aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead the development of multi-year goals and annual strategic plans.
• Create comprehensive portfolio roadmaps and OKRs.
• Build compelling business cases for new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate opportunities.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and emerging technologies.
• Refine product direction based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of experience in a healthcare solution development/product-focused role.
• Exposure to healthcare operations and vendors.
• BA Degree or equivalent experience in product strategy or management consulting.
• Experience in the healthcare multi-payer/multi-provider environment is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and digital health solutions.
