Engineering Manager (Remote)

• Lead a remote engineering team as an Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Strong skills in code quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modern CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in distributed teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Bonus points for experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
