Requirements

• Strong understanding of system design and engineering best practices.
• Product collaboration mindset with PMs and Designers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Servant leader qualities, empathetic and organized.
• Comfortable balancing technical depth with people leadership.
• Fluent in English and based in the European time zone.
