Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations at Rightway is a critical leadership role within the Commercial team, focused on driving revenue strategy, operational excellence, optimizing the capabilities of Salesforce and other tools, and enhancing data analytics to support the organization’s growth. This individual will oversee and refine commercial processes, manage Salesforce workflows, and deliver actionable insights through customized reporting and dashboards. The Director will also be responsible for managing the Sales Operations Associate and perhaps other team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture to support the evolving needs of our high-performing commercial environment.

  • Support the development and execution of Rightway’s commercial strategy.
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across the commercial organization.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing streamlined workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial processes with broader business objectives.
  • Update and customize Salesforce to support evolving commercial processes and business requirements.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce objects and workflows to align with organizational goals.
  • Design and maintain customized dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and manage a small team, providing mentorship, coaching, and support.
  • Act as a problem solver, proactively addressing challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Support data integrity and consistency across systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is desired.
  • Experience managing small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, goal-oriented sales organization.
