Director of PBM Clinical Programs - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and data-driven Director of PBM Clinical Programs to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of our clinical outreach programs—including Care Complete: Diabetes and Care Complete: Weight Management. This role is accountable for driving Rightway’s “Triple Aim”: enhancing the member experience, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs.

In Short

• Provide strategic and operational leadership over Rightway’s clinical outreach programs.
• Design and launch future clinical initiatives that contribute to Rightway revenue and health improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical team.
• Develop and optimize staffing models for scalable program delivery.
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams and marketing to build member-first programs.
• Partner with Sales to demonstrate the value of clinical programs.
• Monitor and report on program engagement and performance.
• Ensure programs operate at a financially sustainable gross margin.
• Use data to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• PharmD required; MBA or related business degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading clinical programs, preferably in a PBM or health plan.
• Proven success in large-scale clinical and operational initiatives.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy clinical care and member engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to build inclusive teams and foster partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
