Overview

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting a major US-based client’s Formula 1 partnership, focusing on delivering fully integrated activations across various workstreams while ensuring client satisfaction and successful partnership management.

In Short

  • Support day-to-day administrative details and budget management.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of partnership strategies.
  • Report, track, and administer all partnership activities.
  • Manage costs related to client’s on-site activation.
  • Handle client account administration professionally and timely.
  • Liaise with internal graphics teams for client collateral.
  • Support operational planning and delivery of events.
  • Provide onsite support and management of guests.
  • Build strong relationships with the client at various management levels.
  • Establish a trusted team player status internally.

Requirements

  • Some experience in the sport and/or entertainment market.
  • Experience with Formula 1 and motorsport is useful.
  • Understanding of partnership management principles.
  • Prior work within motorsport is desirable.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-class customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com.
