Overview

The Manager Region Credit is responsible for managing the Credit team for a designated region(s) and ensuring superior customer service.

• Manage a team of Supervisors, Credit Managers, and Credit Specialists.
• Oversee staff selection, performance management, and training.
• Develop and mentor team members for career growth.
• Evaluate workloads and implement productivity improvements.
• Assess credit risk for renewable energy opportunities.
• Recommend credit limits based on analysis.
• Manage Renewable Energy customer portfolios.
• Ensure superior customer service from the Credit team.
• Perform credit analysis on new customers.
• Manage operational goals within company parameters.

Requirements

• High School or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to develop training programs.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
