Overview

The Partner Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while managing accounts and contracts effectively.

In Short

  • Manage partner renewals and identify upgrade opportunities.
  • Act as the Voice of the Partners, collaborating with sales and delivery teams.
  • Mitigate risks and create action plans to prevent partner churn.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner account records and data hygiene.
  • 2-3 years experience in Account Management and Customer Success required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sells and upsells.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work available.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Account Management.
  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success.
  • 2-3 years experience with Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and execute client renewals.
  • Experience in forecasting is desired.
