RevPartners is on a mission to democratize RevOps by making it accessible and actionable in Hubspot. We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team.

In Short

Source and attract candidates through various channels.
Manage a full cycle recruiting process including job postings and interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Provide regular reporting on recruiting efforts.
Maintain accurate Talent Acquisition documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build trust with candidates.
Familiarity with ATS systems.
