Retool’s Solutions Architects help our customers harness the full power of Retool, driving value by addressing technical problems and increasing the capacity for building solutions.

In Short

• Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool
• Help partners deliver best-in-class services
• Develop new service offerings based on market needs
• Assist with scoping and selling professional services
• Be a thought partner to customers for complex internal tools
• Assist with partner enablement and certification
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives
• Work collaboratively with strong communication skills
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with strong engineering background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to tackle open-ended problems
• Full-stack development experience with SQL, Javascript, and APIs
• Ability to solve problems during calls with technical customers
