Overview

As a Customer Services & Sales Agent at Retail Reinvented, you will be the primary point of contact for retail customers and trade professionals purchasing specialty lighting fixtures. You will guide customers through product selection, project planning, procurement, and post-sale support — delivering a consultative experience that builds loyalty and drives revenue.

In Short

  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
  • Communicate with customers through various mediums, including in-person, phone, and web
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting to solve issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, including sales, comments, and complaints
  • Process orders and forms as needed
  • Keep up-to-date on company offerings to ensure clients get the best products

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in the lighting, home building, or interior design industries
  • Demonstrated experience supporting trade professionals such as interior designers, architects, or home builders
  • Proficient with computers and CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb customer service, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have flexible availability
  • Familiar with eCommerce Platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify or similar
  • Familiar with lighting specifications and configurations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal day-to-day supervision
