Overview

The Senior Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst is a critical connector between the Customer Success organization and Data/Analytics, translating business priorities into actionable data solutions.

• Lead and manage high-priority analytics and process improvement projects.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks.
• Partner with data teams to define and maintain standards for data access.
• Analyze datasets to uncover patterns and recommend strategic actions.
• Design and implement scalable systems for delivering insights.
• Serve as the conduit between CS&S and technical stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven analysis for annual planning and forecasting.
• Implement solutions for timely and structured access to insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or operations.
• 2+ years in a GTM or Financial data operations function.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and preparing datasets.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
