• Join the Enterprise Data Analytics team at Restaurant365.
• Focus on supporting Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
• Bridge the gap between data practices and R&D needs.
• Analyze product usage and telemetry data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations to R&D and leadership.
• Define KPIs and success criteria for new initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder check-ins.
• Deliver analyses that connect product delivery with business outcomes.
• Present insights to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in product analytics or business analysis.
• Strong SQL and BI experience; Domo preferred.
• Skilled in gathering requirements and writing functional specs.
• Proven analytical expertise in complex data analysis.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product KPIs.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Success in working cross-functionally with teams.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and cloud-based data stacks.
• Background in project management or Agile methodologies preferred.
