Business Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making through expertise in data and reporting/dashboarding that provides actionable insights.

In Short

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports highlighting trends.
• Perform QA and UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Assist in planning and executing business improvement projects.
• Develop understanding of company route-to-market strategies.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Requirements

• Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Advanced MS Excel user and proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SQL, R, and/or Python preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Lucid preferred.
