Overview

The Enterprise CS Business Specialist plays a critical support role within the Enterprise Customer Success team, focusing on executing operational tasks to ensure high-quality service for Enterprise and Corporate Brand clients.

In Short

  • Execute daily, weekly, and ad hoc tasks as assigned through the team’s Monday.com board.
  • Follow detailed task instructions and complete all deliverables by the defined due dates.
  • Monitor and manage critical issues for hypercare accounts.
  • Troubleshoot failed or missing daily sales imports.
  • Verify and correct labor detail import issues.
  • Manually extract, prepare, and format reports or data sets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to alleviate workload.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and provide feedback.
  • Contribute to internal documentation of processes.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data formatting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Word.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Prior experience in restaurant operations and/or accounting preferred.
  • Comfort working with multiple platforms in a SaaS ecosystem.
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Monday.com experience is a plus.
