Product Manager - Remote

Overview

ReSource Pro is seeking a Product Manager to join our team and be a key driver of our product success, independently leading the development, strategy, and management of a high-impact product.

In Short

• Independently define and drive product strategy for high-visibility/complex products.
• Influence overall product direction by contributing to comprehensive strategies.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.
• Iterate on strategy based on market feedback and trends.
• Own the financial success (P&L, ROI) of your product portfolio.
• Measure and improve product performance through key OKRs.
• Work closely with Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive market-led product evolution based on market needs.
• Generate customer insights and lead research efforts.
• Optimize with data by analyzing trends to identify product improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total work experience preferably within consulting or related fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years in insurance, preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in Product Development and Agile Methodology.
• CPM (Certified Product Manager) Preferred.
• Agile Product Development training Preferred.
