Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Provide product management leadership for departments including evaluating, developing, scaling, and managing products for utility clients.
• Lead product development efforts for new products using a stage-gate development process.
• Modify and update existing products based on feedback from the market and clients.
• Research and understand market drivers and trends to produce effective products.
• Conduct Voice of Customer efforts to understand market states and client needs.
• Create high-level business requirements for product features and functionality.
• Support business development efforts to secure MVP-driven pilots for products.
• Prioritize product development needs and own product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with teams to launch and test new services for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Experience in product management including development and delivery of product vision.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Direct project management experience including partnership management.
• Intermediate experience with SharePoint and project management software.
• Willingness to work as part of multiple teams and balance parallel workstreams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
