In Short

• Build trusting relationships with clients from introduction to deployment.
• Collect, document, and analyze user requirements.
• Sketch architecture and workflow documentation.
• Discuss technical solutions with the engineering team.
• Monitor project status and progress over time.
• Prepare and lead client meetings and product presentations.
• Test solutions and provide iterative feedback.
• Train clients’ employees and hold workshops.
• Take ownership of project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in requirements engineering, project management, or IT consultancy.
• Experience in user research and translating needs into technical requirements.
• Exposure to collaborative environments with UI/UX designers and developers.
• High diligence in documentation of requirements and product features.
• Project experience with platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
• Basic coding skills are welcome but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
