Vice President, FP&A and M&A - Remote

Overview

As Vice President, FP&A and M&A, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal leadership role within Resource Innovations’ Finance Department. We are seeking a mission driven and dynamic leader to pilot our financial planning processes, drive strategic insights, and deliver financial visibility to support the growth of the company. We are also seeking a strong integration leader to ensure effective and efficient pre and post integration processes.

In Short

• Lead Resource Innovations’ FP&A team overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team with comprehensive financial analysis.
• Develop scalable financial models and systems for accurate reporting.
• Establish and track financial performance metrics to enhance profitability.
• Support capital allocation decisions and fundraising efforts.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
