Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking Lead Quality Assurance Software Developer to join our growing Software As A Service (SaaS) team. As a hands-on Lead QA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring overall software quality working closely with the software teams to define, prioritize, and test user stories and help coordinate regular software releases with DevOps.

In Short

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive software quality assurance and testing strategies.
• Analyze software requirements and perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Design, document, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and test cases.
• Develop a repository of test plans and detailed functional test cases.
• Lead initiatives to automate testing and reduce time to market.
• Drive performance and accountability using meaningful QA metrics.
• Peer review test scripts and automation code.
• Track defect tickets and verify resolutions.
• Work closely with Software Development and Product Management teams.
• Support DevOps with software releases through various environments.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Software Development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze software requirements effectively.
